ROK Hardware began with a mission: make home improvement more affordable. Founded by a 22-year-old, our company grew from a niche hardware business into a team serving DIYers, contractors, cabinet shops, and woodworkers.

Sean
CEO & Founder
Sean's entrepreneurial spirit began early, selling Pokémon cards to his neighbors at eight years old. His interest in buying and selling eventually led him to the kitchen cabinet industry and the idea behind ROK Hardware.
After seeing how many customers wanted soft-close cabinets, he set out to make a simple upgrade more accessible. That focus on useful products at competitive prices became the foundation of the business.

COO
Nathalie brings creativity and an entrepreneurial perspective to ROK Hardware. Her background in business, consulting, and design helped shape the company's early development.
Working alongside Sean, she has helped build the operations behind ROK's growth and its commitment to serving customers.
Our story
It started with a soft-close cabinet.
While working in his family's kitchen cabinet business, Sean noticed a recurring request: customers wanted the soft-close feature they had seen in other kitchens. Many did not realize it could be added to their existing cabinets.
In 2013, he began selling an all-metal soft-closing retrofit damper from his one-bedroom apartment. When that product was discontinued, he worked with the manufacturer to bring it back under his own brand.
From that first product, ROK Hardware grew around a simple idea: offer affordable home improvement products, solve real problems, and bring specialty hardware to your doorstep.
