Easter baskets, like Christmas stockings, are usually pretty easy to fill up for your kids. But filling them for adults is another thing... and for your husband is altogether practically impossible! Why is it so hard to think of gifts for men?! Maybe because they usually buy what they want when they want it. So, we have to get creative. Of course, you can throw in his favorite candy and some extra chocolates. Maybe a car freshener too. But candy and car fresheners can only go so far. Here are a few fun, different, yet useful ideas to help you get that basket filled this year.
Tape Measurer
Is he a DIYer? If so, can he really ever have enough measuring tapes? Probably not. A tape measurer is a great little gift to throw in his Easter basket.
Cable/Cord Organizer
If your husband is anything like mine, then he’s got a lot of electronics. And those electronics usually come with lots of cords. A cord organizer is a useful yet unique gift that he probably doesn’t already have. The one pictured above comes in white or black and has a self-adhesive back so he can stick it anywhere he needs—behind the TV, on his work desk, on the side of his nightstand, etc. These cord organizers can also be bought as individual cord holders in packs of 10. And they come in black, white, and lots of other bright, fun colors!
Screw Wax
What is screw wax, you ask? It’s a must-have for any shop, household, toolbox, or tool pouch! It can be used for squeaky hinge pins, squeaky wheels, for threading bolts, and even as drill bit lubricant. Chances are he doesn’t already have it, but would definitely use it if he did.
Step Stool
Whether it’s for the kitchen, the garage, or a work shed, a step stool can be the perfect gift. It may not fit in his Easter basket, but that’s okay. I think he’ll understand.
Toe Saver for Bed Frame
Another unique, but extremely useful gift idea is the toe saver. How many times has he stubbed his toe on his way into bed? If the answer is more than once, then this will be a fun gift to put in his Easter basket. Or you might need to grab it for yourself. ;-)
Tools

Is there a specific tool he's been wanting, but hasn’t bought yet? Easter's a good excuse to buy it for him. Also, it’ll show that you pay attention to him and the things he talks about. Make him feel the extra love!
