Full Home Remodel Project Reveal

We provided materials for this extensive home transformation turned a beloved 1970s childhood home into a stunning modern midcentury masterpiece. This project was in collaboration with TS Home Design Center, and was nothing short of a complete overhaul, with the entire house being gutted and reimagined to create a space that feels brand new, yet deeply personal. The homeowner, who grew up in this house, had long dreamed of this remodel, and her vision was brought to life in record time—just 7 months, a true testament to TS Home Design Center’s installation team expertise.

The heart of the home, the kitchen, was transformed with Simple White Shaker cabinets, complemented by a striking Rustic Gray Shaker island. This clean and modern design extends throughout the home creating a cohesive design. The master bathroom features the elegant Luccia cabinets, while the downstairs bath is adorned with Midway Oak Shaker cabinets. The laundry room’s Midway Blue Shaker cabinets add a touch of color, while the closets throughout the home were outfitted in crisp White cabinetry, ensuring every space is both functional and stylish.

This large-scale remodel also included the complete transformation of all three bathrooms, the laundry room, and the dining room, where a new buffet and extra cabinetry were added for storage. The master closet, hall closet, and bonus room were revamped with entertainment storage and more, turning every corner of the home into a blend of style and practicality.

The project was not just about aesthetics; functionality was a key focus. Accessories like the Rev-A-Shelf Tiered Spice Drawer Insert, Natural Maple Trash Pull Out, 5" Pull Out Organizer with Utensil Bins, DTC Slides, Roll Out Trays, and Tray Dividers were carefully selected to improve organization and ease of use, helping the homeowner maintain a clutter-free environment.

The transformation from the original 70s design into a modern, neutral, and midcentury-inspired space is breathtaking. The new open layout is perfect for entertaining, and the homeowner is thrilled to host family and friends during the holidays. From the fresh flooring and paint choices to the meticulously chosen cabinetry, every element of the home feels brand new—so much so that it's hard to believe it’s the same house.

The homeowner couldn’t be happier with how the space turned out, finally seeing her dream remodel come to life after a year of planning. It’s a true example of how a well-executed design can breathe new life into a cherished home, creating a perfect blend of nostalgia and modern living.
