THE HEAT IS ON: The Phoenix Manual Water Activated Tape Dispenser Series QPC-PXM2 has an add-on heater that plugs into the mains, designed to provide constant heat on the water reservoir to hasten tape activation and drastically optimizes the tape’s adhesive properties in cooler packaging areas.

Dispense up to 30”(762mm) a single pull and any desired length is achieved with multiple pulls of the handle. Built to crank through the big jobs and is designed using steel construction with a baked enamel finish to prevent corrosion.

Water Activated Kraft Tape (sold separately) increases efficiency by reducing material and damaged boxes that lead to returns. The tape delivery system delivers evenly moistened tape with a smooth precise feed every time, so you can guarantee a professional sealed package.

Traditional plastic or pressure-sensitive tapes may use 4 to 6 pieces while water-activated tape requires just one piece of tape on each side of the carton when shipping out boxes.

Using heated water-activated tape can reduce product loss and damage during shipment, provide superior adhesion under all temperature ranges, and can easily seal packages up to 150lbs (68kgs), which is the upper limit for ground shipments by FedEx or UPS.
