Our Process for Creating Your New Kitchen

At Rok, we pride ourselves on giving our customers value and exceptional service. We go above and beyond to make sure your vision for your new kitchen or bathroom oasis is fully realized. We offer custom look cabinetry with our ready to assemble (RTA) collection. All of our cabinets are crafted from solid wood with extra strong dovetail joints, soft-close hinges and drawer slides. Our cabinet collection is in-stock, ensuring that you don't have to wait weeks for quality cabinetry.

Our all-wood cabinetry keeps its structural integrity and will look terrific for decades to come. We are extremely proud to be a family-owned and operated one-stop shop. We want to make the process as simple and relaxing as possible. We have a wide selection of quartz and granite countertops, stylish coordinating backsplash, sinks, faucets, decorative knobs and pulls, and laminate flooring. With Rok, you don't have to compromise! Step 1:

Schedule Appointment and Visit Showroom

Request a consultation through our website or Yelp to schedule a free measurement appointment with our Design specialist. Better yet, come visit our showroom to select the cabinet you would like to be quoted on and schedule your appointment!

Step 2:

FREE In-Home Measurement

During our visit, the Measurement & Design Specialist will measure all areas involved and make design suggestions. Typically within 48 hours, you will receive a 3-D design and an itemized estimate for the cabinet style/finish you have selected. We will make as many changes to the design as you would like, until it’s perfect!

Step 3:

Design & Estimate Final Approval

We will need a final sign-off on the design and estimate before we can move forward with the Contractor/Installer.

Step 4:

Working with the Contractor

We work with your contractor by sending them the final design and a packing slip so they can provide you with an installation quote. We are not a contractor and therefore cannot do installation. If you need a referral, we can provide you with one of our vetted referrals. We only refer companies that are reputable with 5-star reviews.

Step 5:

Date of Delivery, Assembly & Installation Finalized

We will collect a 50% deposit by credit card or check to schedule a delivery and assembly date. We offer free delivery and assembly for cabinetry orders greater than $3,000. We will work with your contractor on the delivery and assembly date prior to your date of installation. These dates are based on availability. Cabinets typically take 2-4 days to be delivered and assembled on-site.

Step 6:

Final Approval & Payment of Balance

Once the cabinets have been delivered and assembled, the final payment with be charged or collected.
