It features a solid metal cup and all moving mechanism parts have all-steel construction. With an opening of 108 degrees TEC 864 hinges are designed to work with doors up to 3/4" thick cabinet doors.

This wraparound mount style mounts on 3/4" thick face frames by positively locating the hinge base on the face frame.
